Customer service is paramount at Optichrome – 19 hours from order to delivery of 33,000 leaflets

On Friday at 3pm we agreed to take on a rush job for 33000 10pp leaflets.  We proofed, printed, finished and delivered the job to Uckfield by 10am on Saturday.

Staff collected the paper from EBB, printed the job, finished the job and set off to deliver it at 7am.

Just goes to show that with the right attitude we can deliver what the customer needs!
