We make ongoing substantial technology investments in all areas – pre-press, variable data programming tools, litho and digital printing, finishing and the management information system required to ensure high quality, consistency and efficient workflow and delivery. For example, as a customer you can view your estimate, proof, delivery and invoice history online via our management information system, as well as tracking active jobs and checking their status in real time. Our next planned investment is in a collaborative proofing system where proofs can be viewed and discussed via web browser by a group of people – wherever they’re located.
