Security and Confidentiality We work to the strictest possible IT and physical security standards including adhesion to best practice policies on data protection, user account administration, password change and intruder detection lockout policies. We work for many clients on processing confidential data and where required, sign client specific security and confidentiality contracts. Our staff are similarly contracted as part of their terms and conditions of employment. Optichrome is registered under the Data Protection Act.
