Optichrome Obtains ISO 9001:2015 Certification
ISO 9001:2015 addresses the various aspects of quality management.
Optichrome were delighted to achieve certification in December 2017. ISO 9001:2015 sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It is based on seven quality management principles including customer focus, leadership, evidence-based decision making, continual improvement and relationship management. It enables us to ensure we retain customer confidence in our ability to provide high quality services and products to a consistent standard by focusing on our business processes and the continued monitoring and improvement of them. With strong senior management leadership, as with all our certifications, we engage with and listen to our staff at all levels to achieve Optichrome’s quality objectives.
By encompassing our business processes into a certified quality management system and aligning this with Optichrome’s strategic direction, we can consistently meet the requirements of our customers and other stakeholders.
