Uploaded pdf files, are automatically flight checked and you are alerted of any issues, for example; missing fonts, low resolution images etc. Corrected pages can be quickly
re-uploaded and re-proofed. Alternatively we can produce pdf’s from your InDesign files and upload to the site for you to review.
You can then interrogate your high resolution proofs independently or in a group session using a tool called Smart Review. These proofs can be viewed in booklet form with easy page flicking.
Zoom to check pixel levels, measure dimensions precisely using the online tool bar, check colour with a densitometer and verify colour separations.
If changes are required you can annotate directly in the proof file and indicate whether you will make the changes or whether you prefer Optichrome to carry out the alterations (where we hold the orginal page composition files).
The system tracks all activity including job submissions, change requests and approvals or rejections. The audit trail stores every task and approval.
